Welcome to our new website! We hope you enjoy the new and improved experience. We upgraded our website to be more user friendly.. that’s right reader. We care about you! While we hope you enjoy the new visual aspects (looking good right?) we hope you find it easier to navigate and that information is more readily available. Emails for patient recall?

There is no arguing that automated emails and text messages are a convenience for any practice. They can reduce the number of phone calls staff are required to make. That's why we include them as part of what you get when you subscribe to Recall System Pro.  Here's something that is not commonly known - less than 15% of patients will open an email when they do not have an appointment. If you are looking for software that can assist you with recall, more than email is needed.


You might be thinking ' but I know that patients respond to email and text, they love the convenience, I'm asked for it more and more'. This is true for confirming appointments. In fact, around 60-70% of patients will respond to an email when they have an appointment.  So the distinction that I'd like to point out here is that email and text work great for getting patients to confirm an appointment they already have, but when using the same technology for getting patients to come back, the results drop significantly. When shopping for a patient recall product, it's important to understand this difference.

Kamloops, Penticton, Kelowna

A heads up that Ron Barsotti will be traveling to Kamloops B.C January 14th/2015, Penticton B.C January 15th/2015, and Kelowna B.C January 16th/2015 to present 'Taking the Pain Out of Patient Recall'. This educational seminar is very well received and all dentists and office staff in the area are encouraged to attend. T.O.D.S 2014

Calling all B.C. RSP users! We will be attending the Thompson Okanagan Dental Society meeting from Oct.23rd to Oct.25th 2014. Ron, the CEO of RSP will be giving an excellent patient recall talk if you'd like to deepen your understanding on the subject matter. There is no charge for attendance. Multi Practice Analytics

There is a new enhancement to the RSP Dashboard. If you have more than one practice and you'd like to compare and contrast different locations you can do it with ease. We now have the ability to compile multi practice information to give you a broader picture as to how all your locations are performing without having to visit each individual practice dashboard. It saves you time and that makes us happy.

Message Delivery Options

By popular demand we have added a new feature to RSP. You can now decide what time each and every automated message will be sent during the day. Some practices like the ability to send their due and late patients messages later in the day while keeping their confirmation messages to be sent early in the morning. With this enhancement any communication with your patient can be fine tuned. Just call into support and adjust your settings.
