We’re happy to announce the arrival of sound in the MaxAssist® Toolbar!

How many times have you wished you could have an audio alert along with the visual notifications that display in the MaxAssist® Toolbar? Well now you can!

***Please note - you will need to have a headset or computer speakers for this feature to work***

To enable Notification Sound in the MaxAssist® Toolbar, click Settings and Support (1) and then click Notifications (2).

Here, you’ll see the various toolbar Notifications available for your practice settings and enabled currently in your toolbar.

Any notification option(s) with the check mark next to the name, means you’re already receiving the corresponding visual notification in the toolbar.

And below that, the option to enable the new Notification Sound feature.

Start by selecting the checkbox (1) to enable the Notification Sound option.

Then, click the Alert Sound pulldown (2) to select a sound option and then use the Volume slider to select your desired volume (3).

And finally, click the Play button (4) to test.

If you don’t hear any sound, please make sure to check the sound settings on your computer.

Once you’re happy with your settings, click Save.

Now, whenever one of the selected notifications arrives in your MaxAssist® Toolbar, the sound will play.
