Previously, when sending a Short Notice message blast, any additional information you might have manually typed in the Send Message dialogue box (1), would only be included in the email version of the message sent to the patient (2).

With this latest update, any additional wording you enter, will now be included in the email and text version of the Short Notice message to patients, indicated by the newly worded, Inserted Note designation (1).

You’ll also notice that there is now a handy new Preview Window situated below, where you’ll see the time and date of the open appointment along with the preset wording for the Short Notice message (2).

And below that, you’ll see an area for the Inserted Note that updates in real time as you type (3).

So, now you have a preview of the text version of the message that will go out to your patients (1).
