MaxAssist® App
for iOS and Android

The MaxAssist® App is a user-friendly solution for accessing your schedule securely from any device, no matter where you are. Keep track of your practice schedule and patient appointments, and easily communicate with them via call or text. What’s more, all your activities within the app sync seamlessly with your scheduling platform.

Schedule Viewer in MaxAssist® Dashboard

You can now view your schedule and more right from the MaxAssist® Dashboard.

Simply click Schedule Viewer in your MaxAssist® Dashboard.

In this window, the default view is Practice which displays all appointments on a given day.

To view just your appointments, select My View (1) then click Select Providers (2) then Save(3).

Mousing over a patient appointment provides further information about that appointment.

And clicking the appointment opens a new panel on the right with four tabs pertaining to that patient appointment.

Under the first Appt Info tab you see details including Appointment Date and Time, Status, Provider, Chair Description and other scheduled appointments.

To the right of that, there is the Patient Info tab with hyperlinks to email or call the the patient.

Clicking the Text Chat tab displays a window where you can live text chat with this patient.

Clicking the Suggested Replies icon (1) brings up suggested quick reply templates (2) for Confirmation and Patient Care messages(3).

Remember, all text chats here will synchronize with the patient chats in the MaxAssist® Toolbar!

And finally under the Notes tab, you can view Note History (1) - existing patient notes already in your scheduler (1) or add a note that will push into the MaxAssist® Notes (2) in your scheduler and the Suggested Replies icon (3) that when clicked, provides suggestions for adding a relevant note.


Set Hours and Out Of Office Text Auto Reply

You can now quickly and easily set up automated Text replies for your practice.

From your MaxAssist® Dashboard, select Settings (1) and then Practice Hours/OOO Reply (2).

Here you can set your practice hours (1) and also select to have that information included in patient messages (2).You can also add an additional Hours of Operation message to be included in the Email message footer.(3)

 

To enable an Out Of Office (OOO) Text Reply, Select Activate (1) and then edit or add your message (2).

You also choose to Add tags such as your Practice Name and Practice Phone Number to your Out Of Office message.

If you ever want to revert back to the original message wording, you can click Restore to default wording (1) and finally, remember to click Save (2) to apply your changes.


Broadcast Text

Broadcast Text allows you to send the same text message to multiple recipients simultaneously. It’s perfect for quickly communicating important updates, practice closures or announcements. Send messages to your entire patient base, patients with upcoming appointments by provider or demographic.

To accesss this feature, click Engagement(2) in your MaxAssist® Dashboard and then select Broadcast Text (2).

Here you can Create, Edit and Delete Broadcast Text Messages.

To begin, click the +Create New button (1), enter a name for your Text (2) and Click Create (3).

Here you can add your Text message details (1) with a live Preview (2). Select the list of patients to Send to (3), Patient Age Range (4) and/or select Providers (5). Then click the Calculate button (6) to see the cost for sending the Text message, When you’re happy with your selections, click the Ready to Send button (8).

Review and acknowledge the agreements and when you’re ready, Click the Send button.


Patient Preferences Update

When a patient clicks Unsubscribe from Email or Text Messages, they can now further manage their messaging preferences from the link they receive. See examples below..
