On Demand Form Sending

As you may remember, we recently launched SignForms integrated with RecallMax. If you would like to read more about SignForms, please click here.

Once you have SignForms set up for your practice, you’ll now have the added convenience of being able to send any of your preselected forms to patients via email or SMS right from the RecallMax toolbar!

On any Patient Information page, click the Patient Messaging icon (1) then the Forms button (2) and then Send a Form (3).

If you do not see the Forms button you will need to go back and enable forms for your practice. Click here for more details.

Next, Click the Select Forms button (1) and from the pull down menu select the forms you wish to send this patient. In this example we’ve chosen COVID-19 Pandemic Dental Treatment Consent and COVID-19 Patient Screening (2).

You’ll now have 2 Forms Selected (1) and now you can select how you would like to send the forms to the patient - via email or cell (2) and click Send (3) and the forms selected will be sent to the patient!

You will then see a summary of the Forms sent to this patient on the Forms page and also on the Messaging Summary page.
