MaxAssist® Call Coaching Scripts
Training a new staff member or bringing a temp up to speed can be very time consuming, but did you know that MaxAssist® can help you speed that process up? Get your new or temporary staff members on the phones quickly and confidently by utilizing the Call Coaching Scripts available in MaxAssist®! These customizable scripts will have your new employee working the MaxAssist® lists in no time.
The Call Coaching Scripts can be accessed by clicking on the Call Coaching icon at the top of each list in the MaxAssist® Toolbar:
When you click on the Call Coaching icon at the top of each list in the MaxAssist® Toolbar, the script specific to working that particular list will open:
With the help of these scripts, your new or temporary staff member is no longer a drain on your existing resources until you get them sufficiently trained. Instead, they can make a positive impact right away by calling patients to assist with getting those who are still unscheduled booked, and getting those who are already booked confirmed.
The Call Coaching Scripts are fully customizable! We can help you stay on brand by giving practice administrators the ability to replace our standard scripts with your preferred verbiage easily and conveniently on your MaxAssist® Dashboard. You can get to your MaxAssist® Dashboard easily from the Toolbar by clicking on Settings & Support>> Practice Management>> View Dashboard Reports, or you can access the Dashboard by clicking here.
On the left-hand side, click on Call Coaching under the Settings menu.
At the top of the Call Coaching Editor you’ll see a drop down box where you can choose which script you’d like to edit:
Once you select the script you’d like to edit, you can then click into the wording to add, delete or replace the verbiage (1). Apply formatting such as change the font colour, adding underlining or resizing the text (2):
You can also insert tags within the scripts. Tags are fields that are replaced with actual information. For example, {patient_name} is replaced with the patient's name, {your_name} is replaced with admin users first name, {practice_name} is replaced with the name of your practice:
Once you are done editing the script(s) you can use the Preview button to preview the changes. Use the Save button to make the changes permanent, or the Cancel button to reverse any changes you haven’t yet saved. If you have applied changes previously you can always use the Reset to Default Text button to revert the scripts back to our defaults:
