Our devoted dev team has been working day and night and we’re almost ready to pull the curtains back on our brand new RecallMax Dashboard, but until then we have a couple of exciting text chat feature updates for you.

Download Text Chat History

The integrated text chat function is a great way to chat with patients while working in the RecallMax toolbar. You can now easily download and save those text chat conversations to your computer.

This will open a web browser window with the text chat history displayed.

From here, you can copy and paste the text chat history or click Download Chat log to save the complete history as a text file on your computer!

New Text Chat Emojis

Sometimes, you want to inject a little humor into your day.

We now have 6 new fun emojis available to use when sending text messages to your patients.

A tooth, masked face, heart, celebrate face, rainbow and praying hands have been added to the available emojis list in the RecallMax toolbar.
