Hi everyone,

We hope you’re having a great summer so far!

Our developers have been taking some much needed time off this summer, but that doesn’t mean they’re just sitting around. Here are a couple of quick updates they wanted to let everyone know about before our next big feature update.

Future Appointment feature renamed to Save The Date

Under Contact Preferences on the Patient Preferences page, the Future Appt option has been renamed to Save The Date but the functionality remains the same.

If you didn’t already know, this is a great feature to enable for patients that would like to always receive an email and/or text message detailing their next scheduled appointment at the practice.

Enterprise Announcement Creator

If you’re an Enterprise customer, you can now create, schedule and distribute creative and compelling announcements that can be pushed down to practices directly from your Enterprise Dashboard.

Read on to learn more!


Please note that you will need to be designated as a Marketing Manager user in RecallMax to create and distribute Enterprise announcements. Please call our support team @ 1-800-651-8603 ext 1 for more information.


1) Navigate to your Enterprise Dashboard and from the main Regions landing page, click Practices.

If you’re unsure how to access your RecallMax Dashboard, please check with your practice or group administrator.

2) From this main Enterprise Dashboard navigation page you’ll see your Key Indicators and a list of the practices in that group below.

Select Announcements from the navigation bar at the top.

3) Next up, click New Announcement and follow the steps to create your announcement the in the same way you would have at the practice level.

Some important things to remember…

  • All social media icons will be added and displayed as per the individual practice(s) in when the announcement is sent.

  • All relevant practice names and logos will be inserted automatically when the announcement is sent but in this creation process, you will only see generic practice info in the header and footer.

 

Now, when you reach the Schedule page in the creation process, you’ll notice you can further refine your selections for Region (1) and Practices (2).

Also note that you can set your Announcement Send Time (3) to one single time zone since your practices might span across multiple time zones.

When the Send Time occurs, the announcement will be copied to each practice and sent accordingly to patients at all licensed providers at each practice.

The announcement results like Sent To, Opened, Button Clicked, and Unsubscribed
will be shown in the Announcement List page.

Clicking the “Sent” link under Status will display more detailed information about the announcement.
