June 26, 2017 - New Enhanced Text Messaging Error Reporting

As we all well know, text messaging is becoming an increasingly effective tool when communicating with patients and now, working with our integrated text chat and automated text messaging features, you have the ability to view message delivery errors right within the toolbar.


 

 

 

If a text message fails to be delivered after it is sent, Recall System Pro will display the failed message status in the Text Chat tab...

If an SMS message fails after it is sent, Recall System Pro will display the failed message status in either the Text Chat Window...

 

 

 

 

 

..the Automated Text Messages tab.... 

..the Automated Text Messages Window.... 

 

 

 

...and the Summary tab.

The message will be remain gray in color until such point as an error is returned.
