December 18, 2017 - Year End/Holiday Feature Updates!
Santa and his elves have been busy and so have we! Here are the latest feature updates to Recall System Pro.
1) Enhanced Patient Preferences
You now have the option to customize patient messaging options. In addition to managing Survey, Birthday and Announcement options, you can now select Future Appointment and Day of message reminders for individual patients on the improved Patient Preferences page.
This will help with those individual patients that need an additional reminder on the day of their appointment
and those that might like a reminder about their next
appointment.
2) New Continuing Care settings for non Hygiene/Recall Patients
Want to remove patients from your Due/Late lists that are emergency, referrals, or denture only?
You can now select Non Hygiene/Recall Patient from the Continuing Care pull down menu on the Patient's Preferences page. This will remove that patient from visibility on your Due/Late lists helping you focus in on other patients that are truly due or late at your practice.
The new setting details will be displayed in red on the Patient Preferences and Patient information page.
3) Enhanced Refresh Times
We've now improved the refresh times between your scheduler and the Recall System Toolbar. Instead of a 30 minute refresh cycle, we now update appointment and patient information changes from your scheduler into our toolbar every 5 minutes making it even more efficient to work in our system!
