Announcement Creator 2.0 - Release Date: April 23, 2019

Sometimes you want or need to send a message out to your patients.

Our new enhanced Announcement Creator will make the process of sending informative and creative messages a breeze. This flexible new tool allows for:

  • Formatted templates.

  • Customized schemes and colours.

  • Adding your own images.

  • Editing images and text overlap.

  • Customized and targeted messaging to patients by demographic, provider, last visit and next visit.

Missed Treatment Plan Feature - Release Date: April 2019

Let’s face it. Tracking outstanding treatment plans can be a difficult. sometimes impossible!

Our new Missed Treatment Plan feature will make that a thing of the past! With this exciting enhancement you’ll be able to:

  • Find and display missed or incomplete treatment plans for the last 12 months for all patients.

  • Use multiple filter capabilities on the Treatment list.

  • See full treatment fields, i.e., Diagnosis Date, Type, Status, Procedure Amount, Next appointment AND display full continuing care, Work to do, Unscheduled Work Delay or Follow Up on Treatment Plans.

New Patient Intake Feature: April 2019

An easier way to intake and track new patients!

From a link on your practice web page New Patients will be able to fill out a form with their information and appointment needs. Then, we’ll display those patients names in RecallMax for fast and easy follow up!

Did You Know….

That your practice administrator can add and remove users to RecallMax?

We love when you call us but should you ever want to add or remove users to the RecallMax system, you can. It’s easy!

Log into your toolbar, select

->Settings and Support (gear icon)

->Practice Management

->User Management.

Select User Management from the menu on the left and there you have it! Add and remove users as needed.
